Capital Follows Validation
Ayuda doesn't fund growth centrally. Once a venture proves itself, it raises its own outside capital and runs its own cap table—we typically keep an equity stake, and may help line up or co-invest alongside aligned investors, but the funding round belongs to the company, not the studio.
